FOLLOWING much anticipation, Café Boulud makes its Middle Eastern debut at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Inspired by the timeless elegance of French dining and Chef Daniel Boulud’s Lyon roots, this new location offers guests a fusion of classic French flavours, elevated with innovative and creative twists for a refined, modern dining experience.
Recognized and celebrated globally for his two-Michelin-starred flagship restaurant, DANIEL, in New York, as well as properties in the Bahamas, Toronto, and Palm Beach, Chef Boulud continues his culinary legacy with each new venture. Named after the original Café Boulud established by his great-grandparents in Lyon, each location reflects his passion for merging contemporary fine dining with authentic French tradition.

The restaurant’s design, created by the renowned Rockwell Group, enhances the dining experience with its blend of mirrored glass, marble accents, and bronze details. Café Boulud Riyadh evokes a sense of vintage glamour, creating an intimate ambiance despite its 150-seat capacity, offering both luxury and comfort in a beautifully crafted space.
